Spring Manufacturing

Wire diameter Ø 0.3–12 mm. Outer diameter Ø 3–120 mm. Free length 5–600 mm. Materials include music wire, SUP10, SUS304, and phosphor bronze. Secondary operations include stress relief, shot peening, and plating. Typical tolerance per drawing — confirmed at enquiry.

Metal Stamping and Forming

Sheet thickness 0.2–4.0 mm. Progressive die, single-stage, forming, and bending. Materials include cold-rolled steel, spring steel, stainless, brass, and phosphor bronze. Internal tooling design and build. Secondary operations include heat treatment, plating, and passivation.

Seven-Step Project Flow

Drawing review, process and material suggestion, tooling design and build, sample production, first article inspection, process lock and batch production, final inspection and shipment. Approved sample settings carry forward unchanged. Any process change requires re-approval.
