Inspection and Testing

Inspection scope defined by drawing requirements at enquiry stage. Coordinate measuring (CMM), optical inspection, fatigue cycle testing, and salt spray corrosion testing available. Specialised testing arranged through accredited laboratories where required.

Traceability and Documentation

Batch records maintained for each production run. Material certificates, FAI-style documentation, and inspection reports can be reviewed on request. Locked process parameters kept on file for repeat supply control. Packing list and inspection report included with every shipment.
