Pengsheng runs both process families under one workflow, allowing related parts to share batch numbering where applicable and providing a single coordination point from RFQ through delivery — reducing the lead-time mismatch that comes from splitting orders across separate suppliers.

Manufacturing Approach

Custom work only — no catalogue parts. Projects are drawing-driven. Sample-approved process settings carry forward unchanged into volume production. Repeat orders match the approved sample.
